Im very happy with my HAPPY JUMP unit! I took my unit in under their lifetime warranty and they fixed some issues on the spot!! No charge. I could have shipped it back but I wanted to meet the guys in person. GEOVANI, the sales manager was great, helped me from start to finish and was more then HAPPY to take the unit in for service even helped me roll back up and load it. He also owns his own bounce house rental business so youre taking to someone who knows both sides. The owner was super cool too, he offered to discount my next purchase and sent me home with an extra blower for the inconvenience. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Happy Jump was an amazing company to work with. Roubik was extremely professional and kept me in the loop the entire process. The customer service with this company is phenomenal. Being in a different state was a worry, however, everything turned out better than I could have expected. Super fast delivery. The quality of our new bounce house is fantastic and will definitely last. I cant recommend them enough.

Awesome place with true professionals. In and out on no time and they even had a very clean rest room my kids were able to use. After getting it home and setting it up im beyond impressed with the stitching and attention to detail on this jumper. Yes its a big expense but I would normally rent one smaller at 220/Day and now I own my own. Thank you Geovani. Looking forward to working with you again once my wife decides which one is next. We are definitely enjoying this summer. Gracias!

Update to this review: I stand by everything that I said. However, Geovani contacted me to tell me that I had posted a false review and that he had sent me other emails that I didn't receive. I'm not sure why I would receive some of his email and not others, but in the interest of giving him the benefit of the doubt, I'm updating the review to include that information. Seems like they might just be company that has trouble doing business by email.
I bought a Happy Jump slide second hand. I contacted them for a repair. It was weeks of back and forth emails before they finally stopped responding. The first email didn't even include text or answers to my questions. There was just two forms with no information. When I replied to ask my question again, Geovani replied that he thought he had attached the forms and sent them again, still with no answers. All I wanted was a quote, but after somewhere around 17 emails, I still never got a quote. I eventually did get a quote on something I told Geovani I didn't want after I told him I didn't want it, but never a quote for the item I wanted to order. I found another company that managed to answer my questions, give me a quote, and take my order in less than 48 hours. Meanwhile, it's been 14 days since I last asked for a quote from Geovanni with no response.
