Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Always frustrating experience with a loooong wait. Staff is extremely slow and there are always long lines. Most of the time only 1 or 2 tellers working. If you ask for a manager, she is always busy with the meetings.

I had a good experience at this bank. At JPMorgan Chase, we werent prepared with the necessary documents. When we tried to get them sent over, the staff couldnt wait and asked us to come back another day. So, we switched to the nearby Bank of America. Even though we didnt have an appointment, we were attended to after waiting for about ten minutes. A lovely lady was very helpful in processing our card application, and the service felt great. There were only two or three people in line at the adjacent counter. Perhaps most of the reviews are from unsatisfied customers, unlike in dining and entertainment where satisfied customers also leave feedback.

Yeah I was scammed and was told by fraud department i could make payments only for my entire direct deposit to be seized and cant pay rent, phone, gas food nothing all lies which is hilarious considering each call is recorded for quality purposes better yet lack there of this bank sucks I aint paying any collections they may embark on and Im calling kcal 9 as we speak they need to be exposed especially considering how many 1 star reviews they got..Wells Fargo here i come
