When did you guys add the $36 fee to change your phone number? Used to be able to change up to 3 times for free. So $36 for you to push a button? I am cancelling my ATT services after 20 years because of this. Your company has made record profits and you treat your customers with unscrupulous tactics like this?! Horrible.

I had a bad experience with AT&T I returned a phone and they said they are going to give me credit for it and I never received the credit and now they said they can find the phone . Then in the store they stole my phone they stole my phone and now one have a chance to contact me I have call and no one have contacted me back

AT&T cellular data service is worse than useless in California. If you are ever planning to enter California for any reason at all, DO NOT BRING AN AT&T PHONE WITH YOU. It will be worth less than a brick because you wont be able to use it, but you wont want to use it to smash anything either. For the amount of money I pay for this top tier service plan, you would think that AT&T could provide SOME, ANY cellular data coverage in this state, but apparently not.
