My mom spent about 1700 on a mattress and wanted a firm mattress and when it got here it felt different then the one in the show room we talk to the sale person and did a exchange and it was not frim and was lopsided . She was not able to test the new bed because she was in the hospital and rehab for awhile and when she got out it was not frim and the sale person said will try the warranty . So a Male person came out sd was not frim to him. But when he set the paper work to the company he sd was ok so he lied to us my mom has Parkinson's disease and need a frim bed it hard to believe this company would do this to someone who disabled I try calling and sending email and no response

If there was a rating below 0, I would have giving it to Ortho Mattress. Customer Service staff (only one person working) is very rude when you get to talk to her. You have to leave so many messages before anyone responds to the call
My mattress is defective and it is still under warranty (see photos attached). The mattress has a huge bulge on each side. We continuously turn it but turning it does not help. All night we are sleeping on huge lump, which cause back aches and pains
I paid $60 for inspection. Per inspection report No Stains on mattress. See photos attached
When finally got the replacement mattress today (after waiting over 2 months), the delivery guy told me 1,2,3 and he kept pointing at the mattress , which I did not understand what he was talking about (he spoke broken English).
He then took the new mattress and left and said call customer service.
I called Ortho Delivery department supervisor and he indicated that I have 3 stains on my mattress, therefore, they took the replacement mattress back and he advised me to call customer service
I called customer service and had to leave a message as usual. I have also sent an email to VP of Ortho mattress 3 or 4 days ago with no response and sent him another email today. I will see if he will respond.
Horrible Customer Service!!! Of course if you spend your money on any Ortho mattress, they will treat you like a king and queen. After that, if you have any issues with the mattress, they ignore the calls and if they answer, they will come up with all kind of excuses so they dont replace your mattress, which is still under warranty.

Ortho mattress delivery service is very tardy and they dont call to tell the customer they are running late. My delivery was supposed to be between 4 pm - 8 pm. Its after 8 pm and I still dont ha e my mattress and box spring that I paid cash for.

We purchased a top of the line extra firm mattress less than 18 months ago... the cost was $3100.00... the bed has turned into mush. Our warranty claim was denied - we're in contact with California Consumer protection. We have been treated outrageously by Ortho. The 25 year warranty is a sales tool. It's meaningless.
