I love going to Coldstone and dont usually have any issues. I did have one of the cashier charge me full price, even after showing her the buy one get one free. I called and told me theyd give me a full refund for the mistake. Once I got there, they said they were going to give me a full refund and only charge me for one. I didnt appreciate that i was lied to. They should better clarify what they mean on the phone so that i wont have to waste time and gas going. I couldnt just waited on the refund if they wouldve been clear from the beginning. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS TO AVOID ISSUES LIKE MINE.
