mens oversized glasses

I ordered a pair of glasses on the 9th of December from what I thought was a USA company. When I look for my tracking, there is none and it says my order is complete. Then I find out what he order is overseas. I am never told where. When it finally comes, the order is wrong. I wear photochromic lenses because I have light sensitivity and migraines. The glasses I am sent don't change at all. When I contact the company they said they would refund the photochromic coating but not the glasses because they still work. They don't work! My eyes are streaming from the sensitivity and I can't drive. I can't even tell if the prescription is right, but I doubt because of the pain I have been in. I will never do business with them again.

Ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses for my son and the USPS delivered it to a wrong address. Although it took about a week from the day I ordered, which is quick, the package was lost. I reached out to them and they sent a replacement right away. I received it 2 days later and my kid could not be happier. I ordered 2 more pairs from them since. The quality of the frames are pretty good for the price and I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future. I highly recommend Goggles4U for anyone who already has prescription ready to order.

Absolutely no communication. ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Three weeks later had not heard anything from Goggles4u. I reached out and was told that they needed to remake glasses due to an issue, and they should be ready to ship within 3 days. That is great, I feel I should have received some kind of notification that my glasses would be late. One week later, and glasses are still listed as in production. Called again, and was told the exact same thing, they needed to remake due to an issue, and would mail within 3 days, this time with express shipping. They would not tell me if they were making them for the 2nd time or 3rd time. One week later, and still in production. Yet another call to customer service, who again told me the same thing. Was told this time that they should not be at my house within 2-3 weeks. Three days later, I received a shipping notification, and assumed both glasses were being shipped. One pair arrived 9 days later second pair arrived 7 days after that. First pair the bifocal is crooked, and feel that if I bend the earpieces to fit my head they will break. Second pair is better, not up to my standards.

Already bought 1 pair of glasses and have just bought another, no complaints at all, recently stood on my first pair and they came back for more! Good work people!
