Keep away from this place if you need maintenance for your Truck! Whoever drove my truck hit both sides of my front bumper, it had some rubber marks. Now I had a flat tire showing on my screen and took it to the tire place they tell me the dealer when they rotated it should have done their job and change sensors as well. This place doesnt deserve my business. Be aware they dont care dont find out the hard way. The manager replied, I call back left a message and still havent heard back. They just want to show like they care in reality poor service from top to bottom . I wouldnt go back not even to get it wash.

Dropped off my truck for an inspection with a full tank of gas. When I picked it up the next day it was at half a tank and used for 15miles. I didn't know that it needed to he driven for 15 miles to determine cause of problems. In addition ibhad a 12.0 milwaukee battery that was taken from under my back seat.

03-22-24 Im never one to complain about anything this is my first ever time I've been driven to write a bad review I typically just have the it is what it is oh well thats life attitude but this it just over all a HORRIBLE Experience! I cant tell if it was a lack of communication within the work place or a lack of proper management or a Lack of knowledge through the associate I dealt with or all of them but as of now avoid CAMILLE SOTO. I contacted to view a vehicle on Tuesday and was going to see the vehicle the same day and purchase it the same day. Upon being on my way ( I live an hour and a half away ) I go to show the listing to my passenger in my car and noticed it was unlisted so I called the dealership and was told the vehicle was no longer on site or available and I for some reason wasnt told even though I had an APPOINTMENT. I was then told the vehicle would be available Friday and within that time I 1. Submitted credit. 2. Gave trade in information 3. Was provided with an itemized breakdown of my cost for the vehicle. And I had made it clear thought I DID NOT have to test drive the vehicle I simply needed to know if I was approved to finance or if not so I can need to pay cash. The sales person CAMILLE contacts me Friday afternoon saying the vehicle is available and I drop literally everything I was doing to go immediately and 10 minutes away from the dealer I receive a message saying the car was being looked at and sold without being me being told prior to making the drive of which I made clear to the CAMILLE I lived far and the time commitment would but okay if I was 100% getting the vehicle but had it sold from under me. Upon arrival they didnt seem to care and told me they could not hold used vehicles per their policy but I have text messages from CAMILLE saying they could contract the car sight unseen without me being there so in the end she ran my credit sold the car and wasted my time while the whole time giving me the impression I would be getting the vehicle even saying you should be good to go we just need to see the trade in in person. All in all AVOID CAMILLE credit got ran, time got wasted, no apology was given I was just straight led on up until 10 minutes before I got to the dealer and I have text to support everything.upon taking to the GM (Matt stein) he mentioned the mustang was maybe dropped off at around 11am but I also wasnt told until 2:20pm that the mustang would be there within the hour so theres also a 3 hour time gap between when the associate told me the vehicle would be there and when the GM said it arrived. If that was the case I wouldve dropped everything I was doing sooner. I was also having to double text my associate for updates on the vehicle just seems as if I was treated poorly when their Moto seems to be customer satisfaction doesnt make sense why they would have me run my credit, give me an itemization, ask for trade in information and tell me to come in just to sell the vehicle especially when I wasnt told used vehicles cant be held ( doesnt say used vehicles cant be held when you go to reserve a vehicle online. If you go on any used vehicle on their website under it it will literally say RESERVE NOW. Thats heavy misdirection/Misrepresentaion.
