Stay away from this bank. The manager here only care about their number. Their business banker are the worst. Take your money somewhere else.

I would advise every one to go to a different branch. I called to take and appt with a lady her name is Luz. and I showed up for my appt to get some info for HELOC.
first they didnt know anything about the appt, trying to give me wrong info., and me and my husband standing up!! and when I asked him, he said if u sit down getting information that He has to go back and force to his computer. Awful service awful branch with no experience at all.

Went on a saturday. It was closed. atm was there though and it was working,
This us bank is inside walmart. Once you enter, it's on your left.

Worst bank ever. They messed up my cashier check and when I return to get it fixed so I could pay my rent they made it seem like I was trying to scam them. I was returning everything they gave to me. The teller had a attitude and the manager allowed it. After fussing and calling the corporate they finally fixed there mistake with no apology. The worst bank in the world. Drive to another branch you will get better service and treated with respect.
