        I had a horrible customer service experience experience with Manager Christian and staff Lupita. I was given the run around, given 3 different prices for product depending on who you spoke to and promises made tjat we’re not kept. This store definitely does not put the customer as priority!

        May 22 2023 Today Stefani Chavez helped my 97 year old friend, Mattie, replace her 17 year old "flip phone" with its newest Verizon model. I was part of the transaction because Mattie and Stefani phoned me so I could advise my friend on whether or not to buy it. With the patience of a saint, Stefani answered questions from both of us until we were satisfied that purchasing the phone then and there was a wise decision. This entire effort took about 30 minutes, but ended well, with Stephani standing by while Mattie called me, unassisted, and the call went through perfectly! Thank you Stefani Chavez!
