        1 star is too generous should be ZERO! Went 5 miles out of my way in traffic so it took 30 minutes to the outside ATM and there was no money in it!! How do you operate a multi billion dollar bank and don't fill your ATMs?? I can't get rid of this bank fast enough. Will be banking elsewhere.

        I was to get a car loan at 2.4% interest rates for 60 months. Perfect credit score and they changed it arbitrarily to 2.7 but no one there to answer phones. Eddie does not know what he's doing When it came to getting the loan, he then added on that I needed to have a bank account with US bank to get their rate. Bate and switch! So frustrated, I called CarMax and got a rate of 2.4% and didn't have to go through the hassle of the worst run US bank ever. Never use US bank, they are a deceitful bank. Bad customer service never answers their phones say they will get back to you and they never do run don't walk from this bank.

        This bank is amazing there really is good people that work there one in particular person name Christina she's really helpful and explain everything and goes into detail as a banker as a customer I definitely recommend opening A Bank account or any kind of banking you need just make sure you request her much love much respect for this company and the employees at this branch
