        Bought new tires 4 yrs ago. They said tires were over 5 yrs old so wouldn't rotate or balance. I told Manager of my disappointment. She called the supervisor and the store policy changed from 5 to 9 yrs for free tire rotation/air and balancing. They threw in a free inspection. Great staff and mechanics are thorough. Going back for new break pads and shocks. Very pleased!
