I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TILE COMPANY. I had used this company to put tile in my living room and dining room and they did a good job. So I called them back to do tile in my bedrooms. The tile that looked like wood had been ordered after seeing one tile, they came 4 in a box and each tile in the box was different. I instructed Raul Orozco the owner of the company to open all the boxes, sort the tiles and put the ones that looked best where they would be seen and the other tiles under the bed, dresser or in the closet. While they were laying the tile in one bedroom we could not walk on it so didn't see what they were doing. His workers instead put the good tiles in the closet and under the bed and the bad tiles where they could be seen. He did not sort the tiles and he did not instruct his workers as to what I wanted. I told him some of the tiles must be replaced and he told me it would be another $75 per tile. Reluctanly I agreed and asked him to sort the tiles for the other bedroom and again have the good tiles showing and the bad ones under the bed. He did not comply. They did exactly the same thing,. I have very good tiles in my closet. While the quality of the tile was not his fault I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSTALLER. HE DID NOT DO AS I ASKED, HE DID NOT INSTRUCT HIS WORKERS PROPERLY AND HE DID NOT SUPERVISE THEIR WORK. Service: Tile fitters
