Came in to adjust my new watch. They didn't know how to. Wow I was impressed with the LACK of basic jewelry knowledge. I explained to them its very common & simple. They responded with, "you couldn't do it yourself ?".
No I can't I don't have the tool recommended for it and I'm not about to let you use a pin on my 1k watch.
This place was recommended to me and I hope as a prank.
I don't know if I'm mad or feel sorry for this sad excuse of a jewelry store.
Went to Don Roberto's across the street half the price half the time very knowledgeable

Never buy or sell jewelry there they rip you off horrible good thing theyre going out of business they tell you one price one day the next day to tell you another they lower it
