I needed a post op shoe & the lady at the shop was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable and kind. This level of service is rare nowadays. I would not hesitate to recommend Thrifty Medical Supply to anyone who will listen.

Plenty of parking. Entrance can be a bit confusing if you're coming from Castro Valley Blvd. I called the day before and asked if they had an item I needed. The stated they did. I told them I would be in the next day to pick it up. They took my blame and I assumed they were reserving the item for me. I arrived the next day and was told they didn't have the item I needed. We left then received a call a few minutes later stating they had reserved my item and didn't think to ask my name. I returned picked up my item and left. They staff is very friendly but a little unorganized. One person helping customers while the cashier is doing?????. This is my second time at this establishment. I hope in the future they will be a little more organized.

Thrifty Medical Supply was a pleasure to do business with. We have been in need of an electric hospital bed 2 different occasions in the past couple years. The staff is very professional and friendly ( which is harder to find these days) the equipment was in great condition and most importantly the mattress was clean and comfortable. The delivery and set up was excellent and the delivery Men were clean and courteous. Overall we are highly satisfied and recommend Thrifty Medical Supply to everyone.Thank you for making this so user friendly.
