4/6/2024 = 3 Star = just called again today to the finance department to follow up about our bumper to bumper protection, still not done, this is very bad to finance department , be careful if finance promise something to you , less another star , we will update our review , we will see if the star is going lesser on the next update . 3/15/2024 = 4 Star = We got our brand new Toyota Prius , we got good sales representative i give him a 5 star , only 4 star for the finance department coz we came back 3rd time and still need to comeback again coz other finance representatives cannot help us , they said only same guy can assist , but we got good deal in bumper to bumper insurance. We live at Buena Park area , im thinking i need to use the money that i save to pay for my gas to keep going back . Will see if the 4 star will be less again if need to comeback for 5th time .

I want to say that I don't recommend buying pre-used cars with them. I bought a Toyota Tacoma, and the truck only came with a keyfob because the previous owner kind of broke it or something. because sometimes the truck detect the keyfobe and sometimes don't because it is a smart key start, and they told me not to worry that if I bought the truck , they would give me a second smart key(keyfob). At first I called them and they told me that they still didn't have the key and now it's been a year and now they say they don't know what happened. The only key I have is almost useless. I don't recommend buying a pre-owned car from them.

The only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1, is because of the service department. TERRIBLE buying experience from start to finish, if you do decide to purchase from this absolute joke of dealership PLEASE do yourself a favor and go over everything. From vehicle to paperwork, warranty and all. Be extremely careful if you are buying used. Oh, and as soon as you sign for the vehicle be ready for them to completely change how they treat you. Like you arent giving them thousands of dollars.
