Super uninterested store. No eye contact. No interest in customer service. Very unhelpful and unhappy to customers.

Horrible customer service the young girl with all the make up packed on her face is stale and unwelcoming she needs to go through extensive training. She had no idea on how to assist me with my phone issue and refused to go above and beyond to obtain satisfactory results. Her language and actions were completely unprofessional! How does this company have an employee there to assist customers but she has no knowledge how to even speak proper professional English or know how to diagnose phone issues? This is very unacceptable I left with no results only left with having to travel quite a way to the next location where a representative for metro is handling the issue how it should have been handled at this location. Also, this location needs security or men present due to the heavy stragglers in the centers parking lot. Stragglers are stationed in front of store with heavy foul vulgar language or pacing the parking lot its completely unsafe
