        Rio Grill was one of the few places we could find to accommodate an entirely plant-based and custom menu for a rehearsal dinner. Lets just say the Chef pulled it all off superbly. The majority of our guests were not vegan and they were raving about the smoked Impossible meat dish the Chef designed. The salad was also incredible. The Chef served a delicious vegan desert, consisting of a sorbet with fresh berries. A truly amazing experience, in an intimate private room setting, all for a reasonable price. Thank you Rio Grill!

        Friend of a friend recommended this for our trip to the Monterey Peninsula and Big Sur. Had lunch and it was excellent. Service was great. I had the Salmon BLT and my spouse had the quesadilla of the day. Both dishes were excellent. Its located in a strip mall. We sat outside and yes I know its the parking lot. But they did a nice job with some shrubs and a few trees to give you separation from the parking lot.
