Very old beds need to be replaced furniture needs to be replaced. No coffee service in the room. Expensive for what you got. Would not return. Service people were excellent

Its was a wonderful offseason February birthday getaway. The room was great, with an amazing view and sunset! The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great experience.

Booked a hot tub/ocean view room for our anniversary. Arrived 2 hours after check in and were greeted by a sign to go across the street to some other sister hotel to finish process. Booking website says complimentary breakfast. After back and forth with hotel staff, then booking site, we finally got some $10 vouchers for off site restaurant requiring multiple trips to sister hotel. They need to work this out with booking website. Only coffee avail in tally ho lobby. Then, things were falling apart in the room. Hot tub didn't work and needed maintenance, losing one night with the hot tub. Service man Jesse arrived the next day, best guy in the hotel. Curtains were jammed, fireplace parts fell off, mentioned hot tub, and we fixed the vanity mirror. Annoying: sun comes directly in ceiling windows, no way to cover. No instructions for operating non obvious fireplace or hot tub, frustrating the experience. Fridge is inside a cabinet we swore was one of those fake ones cuz it was sealed shut. Meh: dusty decor. Nice: view, soft bed, heated tile floors, good room service, impressive at first. Overall, anniversary trip less than par this year. Will not return
