Twigery | Best Florist in Carmel

Just called to ask if they would deliver on Sunday (Mother's Day) and was told "Absolutely not! I need to celebrate mother's day too!" ...You're a florist? I would think Mother's Day would be a busy time for you and you'd want the business. Regardless, I didn't appreciate the attitude to a basic question. Pass.

Popped into Twigery because the outside garden was so pretty and so glad I did. Very helpful with someone who doesn't know many varieties of flowers and ended up with some sweet anemones? Was worried since I was on a roadtrip but they held up beautifully. Everything in the shop was perfectly lovely so highly recommend a visit here

I have ordered a bouquet for my wife who was celebrating her birthday away in Carmel and it turned out to be the best arrangement we have ever had - beautiful, unusual, local fresh plants - just the way we discussed over the phone, it was delivered next morning to her hotel room and she was super happy with it. A couple days later she brought it back home to Seattle expertly packaged and it lasted almost two more weeks after that. The best florist experience, highly recommend.

Hurried, incredibly unprofessional, and unhelpful. Why would someone be this rude running a business? I live in Washington DC, I called to have a bouquet made & sent to a friend in Carmel. I was asked for the delivery address. “Twigery” said she doesn’t deliver to the address I gave, so I asked if she could recommend another place similar in their creativity. But I was mocked by a laugh and told, “no we don’t do that”. (I’ll save all the extra banter, but she even talked over me and was aggressive) Wow, incredibly rude is all I can say. When I asked her her name, she said “Twigery” and then hung up. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, they are entitled to a bad day, but this woman was mean and super unprofessional. Twigery: You never know who maybe calling and what connections they may have…especially in the floral industry. Next time someone calls, be polite to your customers and to people in general. If you can’t help them, be polite and understanding when you explain why. Show empathy toward others. Then maybe….you can call yourself “the best florist in Carmel”. Additionally, to say I was angry in your response to my review is simply untrue. I wrote the above review for a reason. You are just gaslighting.
