Their pineapple wine is the best! One of the best san diego wine companies that I've shopped with. They have excellent service, they're friendly, and have some of the best pomegranate wine (and pineapple wine) in all of California. All of their fruit wines are great! And, it's definitely a must to join their upcoming wine club and try their wine of the month!

Great local wine from Great local people. Very unique, unlike any other fruit wine I've ever had. Not too sweet and very drinkable.

Oppan Gangnam Style!!! I went from zero to PSY in 5 seconds when I heard this song playing.. (is what should have happened..) Darn why was I sober!? If only, didn't stop drink so early. I wanted to dance, but never mind I don't have a good excuse. I did dress up as PSY for Halloween. Partial credit? This special event was very memorable as usual. I don't know what it is about North San Diego, but love the vibe here. This was my second NSD event, but first ever Ugly Sweater Party and no I didn't wear an ugly sweater :(. Epic Fail. I was so excited to write this review, but I got stuck with a serious case of writer's block! Not to mention alcohol plus fun peeps equals not the best memory, but thanks to Trish! I love how organized you are! I was able to read a very detail email about all of the vendors including pictures of the party. Everything is now coming back to me playing backwards like the movie Memento. I know this a cheat sheet, but hey this year I've been naughty. I mean NICE! Just ask Santa. The Cupcake Inn: "I can't eat cuz I'll get FAT! BUT it's SOOOoo Good!" That's all I could think about when eating their delicious cupcakes, my favorite quote by Brian from Family Guy when he got neutered. (I didn't know how to spell "neutered" and spell check suggested "murdered" HA HA LOL. Fail! I tried Google. Success!) I really like the Almond Joy Cupcake. That was different and delicious. I have to say I've tried a lot of cupcake places. I am huge fan of the mini cupcakes and The Cupcake Inn. Not the biggest fan of Sprinkles, a bit overrated. The Cupcake Inn has great flavoring and doesn't just taste like super fatty buttery frosting. Chef Michael Temecula Catering: This guy is awesome!! He took the time to explain every dish to me. The Catered food was very space-aged-Jet-sons like. I like the frozen cream cheese salmon thing, but the rest of the food was a little strange for my taste buds. It was a confusing, but a new and fun experience. California Fruit Wine Company: They sure knew how to throw an awesome little shindig. The servers were very attentive and kind enough to make good wine recommendations. They took my fear of wine out of me. I'm just a beer person. Wine taste like rotten grapes to me whether it is $5 rotten grapes vs. $200 bottle of rotten grapes. Well lucky for me these wines were not made out of grapes. Who knew wine could be made out of other fruits? I like the neutral apricot wine, but I didn't like most of the other ones I tried. The pomegranate was good. The plum flavor is not my cup of tea. The Pumpkin Spice wine tasted like a flat Oktoberfest beer. The Chocolate Cherry kinda tasted like cough syrup to me. Don't take my word for it some other people like the wines, but for me. I think I'm a beer dude. TRISH: She is so freaken' awesome and I can't say that enough. I'm glad I finally got to meet her in person. She is very welcoming, which is helpful since I know nothing about the San Diego area. She throws awesome events. I swear that I will party with Trish at least once next time. I LOVE THE ELF COSTUME =D! THE NSD CROWD: Awesome people. At first, I met a lot of people and got a few cold shoulders, but all in all it was a great night. I met some cool peeps. The great old school jams set the perfect stage for a good time with fellow foodies. I love how there's always 100% participation in the dress code and theme! LA/ OC can't compete with that.
