Have you ever wanted to try new menu items provide feedback? Join the Rubios Rewards and provide an email and periodically you may get the chance to reply to surveys that can earn you an invite to Rubios Test Kitchen which is located in their corporate offices. This is truly a chill experience - people are friendly and you get to comment on the quality of proposed new menu items. You reply to surveys and eat great food - what a treat. Ive been several times and each time has been great

Worst chain in the business. They do not post a phone number as they do not want to hear your complaints when their store locations screw up your order and still will not fix it.
