These idiots SUCK !!!! We HAD 2 Coco's restaurants, here in San Bernardino, Ca., that were very popular locally. These JERKS have closed BOTH OF THEM!!! I HATE CORPORATE JERKS who make decisions based solely on $$$$. Who cares about what the public wants ???!!

This was my second meal at the Garden Grove Coco's that was completely unacceptable. This time, however, management could have cared less. I watched the manager sit cowering in the corner of the restaurant by the counter. She did not seem to have a handle on any of the problems in the restaurant. I returned my meal because a film had developed over the soup, and it had even changed color, and the quiche was no more than 1 1/2" wide, and less than 2 1/2" long. The salad covered the majority of the plate, but the arugula was brown and lifeless. I wanted it returned. Management then actually asked if I wanted it taken off my bill? No, I want to pay you for something that I did not eat!!! My previous visit was for breakfast and I ordered eggs, over hard...I got raw, runny eggs and sent them back. They brought me the bacon and sausage on a separate plate with the hashbrowns. The eggs took another 15 minutes to get correct...SERIOUSLY??? Everything else was either going to be cold or gone before the eggs got back...The entire order should have been redone, so it was hot when served and done to my request. I suggest if you are in the mood for a meal, you go ANYWHERE but Coco's on Valley View in Garden Grove!!!
