I was made very welcome. My prescription was filled - first time - with minimal difficulty. The pharmacist was very helpful. I will continue monthly refills here.

ZERO stars! My wife and I both have had problems with filling our medication here. I have switched pharmacies some time ago and will never use Stater Bros. Pharmacy in Bressi Ranch again. When there are issues, and trust me it is not a matter of IF but WHEN, absolutely NO customer service. The pharmacists are condescending, argumentative, and refuse to acknowledge the possibility that they screwed up. However, it is convenient for my wife who does the grocery shopping and visits Stater Bros. regularly throughout the week. After the most recent episode though, we will be filing a formal complaint at the corporate office in San Bernardino and doing everything possible to rectify the situation. Couldnt possibly be the arrogant employees they have working there though?... RIGHT. The google ratings/reviews indicate differently. They filled the incorrect quantity of medication and shorted the prescription. This is obviously a problem given that she needs the medication to function, and a significant health concern. When asked about it by phone they first blamed insurance, which turned out to be lie. Then they said they "re-counted" the balance of the medication they still had on hand and told my wife to check her sources. Then they refused to provide a phone number so that we could escalate the issue to upper management. Ultimately they ended up hanging up on my wife because it was (2) minutes prior to their close time and they said they needed to "legally close the pharmacy." When my wife called back they ignored the call and let it go straight to voicemail. Please save yourself the abuse and find another pharmacy! Thanks.

They've always taken good care of me and my family. Quick service which I appreciate since one of us is sick when we go there.
