        The staff is not knowledgeable about their shoes or policies. Very rude and short. Find somewhere else to shop! In response to response- you respond SEVEN months after I visit- way to be on top of your customer service! Actually I came in there twice. Once to find shoes for my daughter and once to return shoes. Your manager told me it would be ok to exchange after I told her the situation. I came to do the exchange and now the manager is saying nope can’t do that. After that I still made a purchase in your store. I was lied to and misled. Your company sucks in customer service. MY REVIEW IS COMPLETELY FAIR YOU JUST DON’T LIKE IT.
