FreedomVoice

We used Freedom Voice for several years, however I would NOT recommend them. After canceling our service in 11/2022 they still owe us a refund, and it's been 12 weeks. Every time I call them I get a run-around from the billing department. They say the refund takes 4-6 weeks, but it's been over 12. I would NOT trust this company - buyer beware!

Have been a customer for over ten years. They have gone downhill fast. Thought GoDaddy was going to come in and upgrade them, but no. Support is so bad I can't even get a hold of anyone to cancel my account. Call, get automated message, and disconnected 15 minutes later. There is nothing good about this company, they will waste your time, cost you more money, and harm your business reputation. No clue why GoDaddy bought it and neglected it. Would give zero stars if I could. Switching to RingCentral, their customer service is a little better but their product is much better.

I had an 800 number with them for years. It is printed on thousands of books. They didn't notify me when there was an issue with running my card. After 90 days, they let the number go. Now it belongs to someone else. I'm screwed, and look stupid to my clients. Legitimate companies have a notification is there is a billing problem, especially if their service is part of your long term company identity!

Freedomvoice used to answer customer care calls immediately, and the agents were helpful and well-trained. Now that GoDaddy has bought them, typical wait times are in excess of 45 minutes, and the calls go to a helpful but poorly trained agnets in the Philippines, many of whom have limited English proficiency (and get paid $3.39). I'm on the phone getting switched over to RingCentral now... the dealbreaker was today when my VOIP phone died and I couldn't get Freedomvoice on the line.
