      image The location itself is not convenient and all the way in the back corner of the center. Minimal parking is available no matter what time you go. Staff needs customer service training. Walked in and saw 3 staff members focused on hanging up some sort of sign. Not 1 of them were checking to see if there were customers in line and were too focused on their "project". Is this a construction zone or a Starbucks? Stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when they finally did no apology was given, no sorry for waiting, etc then when I did order I got a sarcastic remark from staff. I guess this location doesn't like customers.

      image 2 times I received the wrong drink that I ordered. so I dont have English, I cant explain it to them, but its very unpleasant and I wont order anything here again
