Make sure you know that when you will be billed for the month regardless of you go. Just like any other gym. I had surgeries and broken bones and there was some miscommunication with freezing my account so I got billed BUT the staff was able to find a way to work around that, eliminate the debt, and get be back on a membership. They were professional and helpful and seemed to care about what I was going through. I'm so recovering from another surgery, but I will be back!

YOU CAN NEVER CANCEL, like others have said, this gym will continue billing you for years after you cancel and then refuse to refund you for your unused membership. If you have been a victim of this establishment's illegal billing practices please send me a private message.

An excellent gym with qualified and eager coaches ready to kick your butt in ways people probably aren't used to. You can either use their gym equipment on your own or you can take one of the many 1 hour classes. There are multiple classes throughout the day with a variety of coaches that can fit to just about anyone's schedule. Each coach I've encountered is incredibly mindful of past injuries and are very knowledgeable on how to accommodate with a different type of workout. I've been using this gym for a year now and it's a gym I would recommend over and over again for those who are willing to put in hard work with classes and coaches you won't find at most gyms.

Cancelled in line with their contract requirements and still waiting for a thousand dollar refund after two years. Do not go. They WILL steal your money. In the process of suing them and possibly a class-action.
