I tried Sears Auto for the first time @ Carlsbad and the team out here was so nice and such gentlemen out here ! My experience was awesome with them taking care of free break evaluation then installation of breakpads , rotors resurfacation and sensors replacement . They went a step ahead to get everything done in one shot inspite of discovering new challenges as they started installation. They made sure I walk out happy so did everything possible to get my things in place. I have had a wonderful 7 star customer service from these gentlemen - Omar , Brian, Steve & Fred! Thank you so much and keep up the good work. I recommend Sears Auto center at Carlsbad to everyone 200% positive !!! The new brakes again make squeaking noise louder than before ! After 2 weeks of service it’s been making loud noises . I was there 8 hrs for service and still the result is so poor ! Omar I tried calling you twice and left you messages and no call back. I am super disappointed with the customer service!!! Now do I have to come back and wait one more whole day for the bad brakes experience ???

I had two positive experiences with them, chanogngbrakes rotors and front bearings. So I had them do the rear bearings on my 2010 Subaru Legacy. They ordered a new backing plate as it was rusted on, but didn't tell me until 6pm after they closed so I had to go find a rental car. Then the part didn't come in for days but they had no idea no did they tell me I had to keep asking them and rent a car for another week. I said this was unacceptable business practice. So they ruined both of the speed sensors they worked on. And now I'm stuck with that repair at over 1000 dollars. I do not recommend this place after this and I am really disappointed in the unacceptable business practices here. You can get your car in quick but it won't come back right or in any manner of a decent timeframe.
