Incredible! Im so thankful to have found Dr. Sheena after moving to the area. She helped me in so many ways along my pregnancy journey, both physically and mentally. Not only an amazing chiropractor but an amazing woman. Her office is an incredibly peaceful/safe space and her and Jacqueline were invaluable resources during my pregnancy. I never felt so mobile during my pregnancy until I started coming here. I will be having my newborn in her office to be adjusted while I continue my own adjustments postpartum. I cannot recommend Dr. Sheena enough.

I have been visiting Dr. Sheena of Experience Life Chiropractic for 4 1/2 years now, after she was recommended to me by a coworker. Even though she specializes in Prenatal/Perinatal care, I began to see her in hopes she could help me with some debilitating stomach-related issues that I was experiencing, as well as help me improve my overall health. I truly believe that her care for me was a big piece of the puzzle when it came to my healing. Even though my health is basically back to normal now, I still go to her weekly to maintain my overall general health. She has a very calming, soothing nature and I appreciate her so much! Thank you for all that you do Dr. Sheena!

Dr. Sheena helped my so much through the uncomfortable 3rd trimester phase of my pregnancy. I was in some serious groin, pelvic and lower back pain. She was so gentle yet effective. I'm so glad I found her and am ready to get back to seeing her postpartum. I want to bring my kids to get adjusted this time around. The benefits are amazing.

I began seeing Dr. Sheena right after several IVF cycles a miscarriage. She was a referral from my acupuncturist, and I am forever grateful for being introduced to ELC. From the initial consultation to the end of my treatment, Dr. Sheena treated me with love and respect. She is gentle and intuitive with her treatment approach. The environment in her practice is calm and very family-friendly. Unlike other chiropractors I have seen in the past, my adjustments were based on my needs that day, not just the same thing each visit. Sheena explains what she is doing so her patients leave educated about their health. Dr. Sheena is a lovely person who truly wants the best for her patients. I cannot say enough positive things about her or her practice. At Experience Life Chiropractic Dr. Sheena gets to know you and treats you like family.
