Diamond Ruby

Buyer beware----this eccentric odd old lady took my check for $185.00 and never did my taxes---First of all, there were some red flags: she is a pack rat---cluttered office  with collections of small entitys, She is almost legally blind----and uses a huge glass lens to read---We are not judging--apparently she bumbles thru, and her husband writes in the data---She seems charming, and her husband---wearing old clothes with a huge ink stain makes me a cup of tea---with the leaves in it---I should have ran out the door---This was something like out of a woody allen film "Hollywood endings"  However, not funny to be out of $185.00  I also suspect the other reviews are bogus---I just wonder how many other victims she has done this to?  Its fraud and theft----not to mention bad karma

I've been using Ruby and referring her fantastic services for years! She really knows her $tuff and sees the bigger picture of the long term while boosting your short term liabilities! She lives up to her moniker in $pades and is preciou$ to boot!  Thee BE$T and Brighte$t too!

Ruby is the best. She really cares about what she does and takes the time to explain things. She's happy to answer questions and doesn't mind taking calls directly. She's done my family's taxes as well as my business taxes and I am so glad I found her!

Words can't describe how amazing Ruby and her staff are. They make you feel comfortable and provide outstanding service. Ruby has helped me Amend and prepare several tax returns!!! Anytime I need help, Ruby is very attentive, knowledgable, and kind. Even our family dog loves her. LolI'm so happy to have found her. She is a real JEM!

Ruby Emerald Diamond is truly THE DIVA OF TAXES!  I have been a client of Ruby's (a true Rubyite) for over 20 years.  She has literally saved me THOUSANDS of $'s. Her expertise is beyond any other Tax  office, helping my business  get every deduction that we deserve.  Once I was randomly audited, and after  meeting with RUBY EMERALD DIAMOND, they realized that they owed me money!  Visiting her office is like "coming home"  Ruby and her fabulous husband, Bill(who is a retired government accountant) treat me like  family.  Last time I dropped my taxes, off--as is Ruby"s  custom to "Give"--Ruby, who always keeps "treats" for  her clients, invited me to fill my "Ruby Bag" full of yummy candies--enough to  make all the tenants and their children where I live have an  Extra Special Easter!  It's absolutely amazing to me that in a large city, with our automated society, they are able to take the time to  Truly Care about their  clients.P.S. For Motion Picture and  Television Folks--she will be your Tax Return Secret Weapon.If there were more than Five Stars to Give.  I'd Do It!!!
