Imperial Solar

My husband and I had been considering having solar installed at our home for years now. We probably should have pulled the trigger a lot earlier, but it's always just been such a daunting task to get the ball rolling. There are so many companies and so many options. It's a fairly new concept (if you're comparing to electric), so knowing the right questions to ask and doing the research was overwhelming to say the least. When we were regularly getting electric bills from LADWP for $900+ per billing cycle, we finally had had enough and started calling around. I spoke with two other solar companies, received quotes, and just as I was about to sign up I decided to research the companies a little bit more and see what people were saying about them. I'm glad I did because I almost signed up with a company that had SUCH poor customer experiences. I decided to look around more and found Imperial. I decided to call and ask some questions and the interaction ended up being so different from the previous two. The design team was so incredibly patient, so kind, very clear and informative, and not pushy at all. They were more than happy to give me a little bit of time to make my decision, and spent a few phone calls making sure I had no questions left before I signed the contract. I expected the entire process to take a few months, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how efficient everything was. We're still waiting to see how much of a difference the panels make as we haven't closed on a billing cycle yet. It is winter and the days are shorter, so I don't really expect to see the full effects of the panels until daylight savings is over. But as far as the experience, it's probably one of the best interactions and experiences I've had with any installation or work done on our house. Highly recommended!

Imperial Solar did a superb job on our jump into solar! They offer top quality panel brands at good prices. The entire process from start to finish was very professional. Imperial knows their stuff! We had a relatively standard job, so permitting etc. with LADWP went quick and smooth - all handled by Imperial. From quote to power up took about 3 months. Installation was done in one day. Imperial's install team (not sub-contracted) were friendly, and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!

Very professional. Charles did not push me to make a decision and honestly represented the information. From the beginning to the end, they handled the job as described in the contract. After a year I have had no trouble so far and the system is up and running as it should.

They worked with me to make sure after the storm that we would get the panels installed as quickly as can. they were always checking on us and have followed up to make sure all going smoothly. They are concerned but very helpful to get the everything installed.

What I really loved about these guys was their personal touch. I felt like I had a million questions about EVERYTHING and their support was nice enough to sit by and answer all my questions. Looking forward to being part of the Imperial Solar family
