I echo the other review. Worst customer service. It felt like I was bothering them when I went in to find a simple shower chair. The young woman was a bit more helpful but the older male was rude. When asked if he has a tape measure the footprint he said he didn't have one, yet he was quick to point out a sign on the wall that he had up for 20 years, "NO RETURN, NO REFUNDS". AS i can respect that policy due to the nature of the products and the industry,  it was surprising that in 20 years no one asked fo r a tape measure. I even brought my old shower chair to compare, but he didnt offer to show a floor demo......as did the second place i went to only 10 minutes further on Ventura and Shirley. That palce not only had a floor model, they were happy to assemble a new one and discard my old chair. Bottom line: Shop elsewhere!

Hello Terry, I'm so sorry to hear that, but that can not be from our business because we have never shipped any braces, all of our patients (which are all local) have to come to our store to try on any durable medical equipment. Please take a look at the store name/ address listed on the invoice provided through your shipment, it can not be from our store. Worst store ever!! Walked in and had three people look at me and none ask me if I needed help! Saw what I wanted behind some boxes but since there was no service I walked out!!! How can stores like this stay in business???

I WOULD PUT NO STARS IF I COULD. THESE WORKERS ARE VERY CHILDISH AND UNPROFESSIONAL OVER THE PHONE AND EMPLOYEES HARASS YOU TILL THEY GET THE LAST WORD I FELT LIKE I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL ALL OVER AGAIN. HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE IN BUSINESS?

This company charged over $3,500.00 to Medicare for 1 knee brace 1 Mr Hoes back brace and 2 wrist braces. And the statements says i may still get charged over $600.00 more. The most expensive knee brace i found was under $200.00. The number one back brace under $100.00 as were also the wrist brasses. The Mr. Hoes back brace was too big and they were suppose to send a smaller one. Still waiting and they took all the info again to charge medicare again. I'm looking into it and going to try and send everything back. I wish i had found out first what they were going to charge. No wonder we are having so much trouble with health care. Drugs that cost pennies to produce and costing hundreds of dallors to purchase. And our Goverment is just paying it out. Hard earned taxes. Its just wrong.
