Could not have had a better experience shopping at Casper Topanga! Hans was kind, knowledgable, generous & just so personable. He made me feel really valued as a customer, answered all of my questions & helped to ensure the delivery process was perfect for the timeline of my move. The store layout is wonderful as well & very covid-safe. Testing the mattress in-store gave me such peace of mind before ordering. I can't wait until mine arrives!

We had the best experience at the Casper store at the Topanga Mall. We were not really sure what we were looking for, but Hans made us feel immediately welcome and allowed us to try out the mattresses in a safe and secure way, using disposable covers over the mattress and pillows so we could try them out. Everyone wore masks and practiced social distancing and the store did not feel crowded, even during a very busy holiday shopping day. We found our perfect mattress and it is SO comfy and the perfect blend of firm and soft. We also purchased pillows there that are also super comfortable and cool to the touch. The customer service was nothing short of perfect. Hans was knowledgeable and polite. He was not pushy at all but made himself available if we had any questions about the products. He made sure to follow-up with us regarding the timing of the shipment and then followed up a week or two later to make sure we were happy with the mattress. First-class service all the way.
