I did a lot of research, to find and install a space-appropriate splitter-type heating + cooling unit into my new mobile home. I chose a Gree Virio high-wall ductless air conditioning/heating system, based on price, cost to run, noise, and suitability, plus the fact that it's 110v (which many aren't). I put just as much effort, or more, into finding a competent contractor who didn't mind the 100-mile drive to my residence in the hills, who wasn't going to rob me blind, on time, with only minor hiccups. SoCal Climate Control fit the bill perfectly! Nuf said. Services: Installation, Heating system installation, Duct and vent installation, AC installation

I had HVAC and ducting put into my 100 year old home in April. The job took multiple days longer than they said it would and they did damage to my home. The first set of workers did not do everything they promised they would do. They sent out someone to fix the issues and damage that was done. The worker was supposed to be there for 1-3 hrs but he was there UNTIL 3AM and he did not complete everything! He also left tools at our home and we had to drive them to him. Additionally, the heater did not even work. We have been working with them for over a month to get the heater fix but they keep pushing us back over and over again without even a care to us or our comfort. It's cold. I paid 15k for the work and I am incredibly unsatisfied. Services: Installation, AC maintenance, Duct and vent installation, Heating system installation

I just love to share my wonderful experience with SoCal Climate Control Heating & Air. I interviewed several contractors about fixing or replacing my HVAC system. My house is 11 years old. Only 2 contractors said it was too early to change it out. Air Conditioner should last about 15 years and heating, about 20 years. Our home in Rosena Ranch is 11 years old. It was completely different with So Cal Climate Control. One of their lead technicians, Tai, came out ánd told me that the system I have can be repaired, rather than replaced before its time. I've had to add freon the last couple of years, so he started looking for the leaks. The leaks were small, but adding freon costs a few hundred dollars every time. (And one other company wanted $900 just to look for the leaks!) Tai from SoCal Climate Control saw it could be from 2 areas. He brought out his high tech testing equipment and verified where the leaks were. He showed me pictures and let me know exactly what I needed. Replacing the coils and a condenser, charged me around $4K. It works like brand new! Perfectly!!! Systems are different, so costs will vary. But when it's time to get a new system, I will call them. Their workers were careful, efficient and clean. I am so thankful I found this honest, hard working, fair HVAC company! Service: HVAC maintenance
