Went in to try some xerjoff fragrances the person at the counter was like I don't like those you should try bond #9 instead or some other brand I haven't heard of. I get it they have to try to push certain brands, but to refuse to show me ones I'm actually interested and having an attitude just losses sales. I buy stuff from other stores because of great customer service.

I returned a dress online and today is 45 days pass and i talked to 8 different managers and all promised to send my money back next week, still no news. Today i speak to adriana in dallas texas and she doesn't have any idea too. This is ridiculous service.
