Warner VIP Collision

My car looks terrible and I was very young and naive going to this guy. He will lie to you, trick you into things and end up giving you the worst paint job and repair possible. He used CARDBOARD on my door repair, put on an aftermarket fender that destroyed my headlight, horrible fitment. The rear quarter panel was horrible and un-identical to the other side of the car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, and YOUR MONEY. This place is not honest. And Harry is a con man. Awful experience and I’m still dealing with the terrible body work after 4 years

It is companies like this that give the auto repair industry a bad name. Horrible experience with Streamline Property's dba Warner VIP Collision and Dutch Auto Body 2 which evidently share the same address. After an employee at America's Tire recommended Warner VIP Collision. I dropped my car off for some rear body work repairs that was to take 10 days max. I had more than serious concerns when I later overheard Harry, supposed owner at Warner VIP, say he pays tow truck drivers and tire store employees to recommend his company. My concern about the ethics of this establishment unfortunately were justified when after 3 weeks the car still sat in the parking lot with no work done. When I inquired what was taking so long Warner VIP did not have enough money to buy parts. At this point and spending almost $600 on a rental car I told him I was coming to pick up the car. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to see the car had been taken into the garage, hoisted on a lift, rear tire removed and parts suddenly missing and two guys who said they own some business named Dutch Auto Body 2. I never heard of Dutch Auto Body 2, they did not have any authorizations from me to touch my car. Yet, he said he was holding the car hostage for storage fees. I retrieved my car 4 days later but Dutch Auto Body 2 is holding hostage approximately $1500-$2000 of the parts they took off my car in the hour before they knew I was coming to pick it up. The insurance company told these they are wrong. Stay away from both of these shady companies
