After being loyal customer over 5 years. I won't go there anymore. I was driving home and call to placed order in 40 min in advance. After I arrived to pick up my order and paid, I was told wait. In 20 minutes wait I started asking how long I have to wait and guess what I just got ignored. I did not want to go crazy there and wait with pacience. Another 20 minutes and me talk loud I got my order and it was wrong....
I will never go there anymore..new staff killing the place

Katsu don was meh... LOL
The space is nice and big though, and servers are nice :)
Update: second time there - their unagi don was good :)

Instore service not so great.Abit on the expensive side.Wife ordered a beef bowl that came out in a reasonable time but my sushi order was over 20 minutes and there was only one other party there.I took it to go.Came once before and it took a long time...I will not be back

Wife picked up teriyaki chicken not cooked enough no teriyaki sauce ,the spider role I could not pick it up fell apart when I called they were extremely rude
And acted as if they couldn't understand me
(My wife was given the wrong. Receipt)
When I asked to speak to the manager they gave me a number of a person who knew nothing about the restaurant
I have been going there for years with different owners.i will never go back again
