Care Indeed

I have used the Care Indeed service a couple of times for my mom who is 89 and has taken a couple of falls.  The caregivers are all very kind and attentive and the scheduling team communicates very well.  Even during holiday times the Care Indeed team was able to handle last minute 24/7 care for my mom.  I highly recommend their service.

I have had the opportunity as a Geriatric Care Manager / RN to work with Care Indeed for staffing for my clients.  They are responsive and quick to get back to me with any changes.  They are client focused and develop a plan of care to match the needs of their clients.  They are also very in tune with recent changes related to COVID issues, all staff are up to date on Vaccinations.  Training with staff is on-going and complete.  I would recommend Care Indeed to anyone who needs non medical companions or more extensive assistance with daily needs

Care Indeed is amazing. My mother-in-law is not the easiest person in the world to deal with. Her caregivers have been so sweet and professional to this 95 year old lady and she has loved both of the people who have cared for her.  Even when they were through with the necessities they spent the extra time socializing and giving her attention. Truly giving care. I thank Care Indeed - they provide a wonderful service.
