Like the other reviewers said, "EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE".My house came with their security panel, which I unplugged the AC power and had been ok for the past ten years. With last night's power outage, this came back.  To have them just come over to disable, which took less than 10 min cost me $270.  Yes, the owner kept it professional and attempted to give me an instruction just to find a key to open the panel box- mind you, the box was already open, but he told me that was the only free attempt he could give. This seems like such an  easy money maker-I hope I do not need to call them again.

Extremely overpriced system upgrade quote. In all fairness the owner was very professional, nice and gave us a lot of information. We just needed an upgrade to a smart system as we have all the infrastructure in perfect condition, but the owner gave us such a high price estimate as if we would have started from scratch the whole security system. Also the warranty for the equipment would have been only 1 year. We started calling other companies for quotes. All other known and reputable companies we called gave us much lower prices for the same project, 6-9 times lower prices, and after assessing all the options we finally did the upgrade with Pacific Rim Security, a company recommended by some friends who knew the owner for many years, they were very professional, very responsive and reasonably priced, also they gave us incomparably better equipment warranty. Get estimates from several companies and compare the services provided and warranties . There are many company owners who are trying to sell their products/services by being nice, trying to earn clients' trust to the point that people are not even considering to ask for other estimates and end up paying many times more than the average market price.

Scam company that tries to continue billing you despite their service being disconnected. They changed their system for alarm monitoring which made it incompatible with the hardware we have installed at our house. They told us our system was no longer supported and that our service would be discontinued, so we moved to a new service. Yet they're still trying to bill us for yearly service through a collections company. Unbelievable. This is a total scam. Stay away.
