Classic Car Wash Corporate Office

Had to call corporate last month to cancel my monthly car wash services because they do NOT respond to their foolish voicemail system. They refunded me but they charged me AGAIN this month. Ridiculous!!!

For the 3rd time I took my car through prepaid car wash at classic car wash and they list my back wiper on both my cars. I did get great service at Hamilton Location from Manager Bryan. BUT, At Almaden Expressway Location, I talked to manager Ricky, this guy is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and complete JERK. I got my Porsche washed there and they lost my wiper on the back window. He offers me a car wash than replacing the wiper and would not give me a time to explain that car wash is not equivalent to replacing the wiper. What kind of management is that?

Prospect Car Wash has horrible customer service. Lane 1 was blocked by a person who forgot to leave their keys. I was behind this car in Lane 1. Instead of moving me over to Lane 2, I was told I needed to wait to the car owner was located. The manager proceeded to send four cars through Lane 2 that had arrived after I did. I tried to reach someone at Corporate but all I could do was leave a voicemail.
