Dr. Whitmers team is amazing! I was living in California for a year for travel nursing and they helped me get back on track with my dental hygiene and replacing my crown. Replacing the crown was a bit of a time crunch since they had a lab make my permanent which can take some time, but they were able to expedite it for me before I moved back to Texas. (They dont do this for everyone so dont hound the receptionist desk about getting your crowns early, be patient) Ive had my fair shares of bad experiences at the dentist to the point of needing Halcion before getting filings or other procedures done, but this time was different since I didnt have family to drive me there and back home so I could not take the halcion. They also do not offer nitrous oxide due to COVID exposure the aerosol mist cause which I am very appreciative of. Dr. Park was on my case for the crowns placement. She prepared my tooth, placed the temporary crown and then later placed the permanent. I cannot remember the assistants name who helped with setting in the permanent crown but she was amazing! (You will know who you are if you read this). The fact I was able to get through the crown setting both times and a couple fillings without the Halcion was amazing. I was tense throughout, but they are very relaxed and you can tell they know what they are doing. Very confident. Im sad that I had to move, but I plan on scheduling my next cleaning with them anyways. Even if that means taking the time to fly out to LA from wherever Im at at the time. The whole team is amazing and explains everything thoroughly. You will be in very good hands with whomever you end up with. I guarantee it. Thank you Dr. Park, secretaries and assistants for everything! And the one time I met Dr. Whitmer, you were very nice! If you have anxiety surrounding dentists, look no further. Cant praise these folks enough! LKAHI!!

I cant say enough good things about Cristen and her practice. Her staff is awesome and the dental care is always done right. Ive had a bad experience with dentists before so it was so refreshing to go to someone who takes pride in her work! I recommend her to everyone.

She got mad when I would ask why we owed money when they said insurance covered it. Like you cant ask at all. I got Invisalign done 5k we spent and I lost my last tray and me teeth shifted in that week and she just molded me for my final retainer instead of re ordering my last tray out of laziness. I also wanted my midline corrected and because she didnt gather enough information, ordered me the short treatment of 18 trays and rushed through my Invisalign my next orthodontist said. And I needed the longer treatment. Also said I was charged the full amount, since I got less trays I should have paid only 3-4k max. She was super nice at first but apparently its her office because I missed one apt and she kicked me and my kids and husband from the office even though I paid miss fee! Nothing but bad things

I have incredible anxiety surrounding anything dental. The people, ALL the people, that work in this office are kind and caring. They are very good at what they do. I am so glad I found my dentist.
