    First 2 months I had it I lost Wi-Fi 4 times, the last one being 9 days...unacceptable. They should be totally embarrassed as a corporation.

    Frontier refused to reimburse me for fraudulent charges of over $500 for tv service which was proven by a tech representative to not be working. The management policy reason was that I had not "called them monthly" to prove that it didn't work.

    A year-and-a-half ago I called Frontier to ask them to get rid of HBO something I've never asked for and have never watched. 6 weeks ago I realized I'm still paying for it and they never got rid of It. So I call I asked again. Still did not remove. Last week I had a very nice lady that was trying to help me and get me a refund to money that I lost however they declined it. And then I was told they couldn't find any records of my phone calls however the lady that was helping me said I called in September of 21 but never said anything about my call 6 weeks ago where they had to do a hard reboot that took hours due to terrible internet issues and she tried so hard to get me the credits that were due to me. She said they were going to only agree to $95 credit as she's trying so hard to get this pushed through she comes back to tell me they have declined her request how convenient for them . When I asked for a manager he was rude and told me that it was my obligation to check my bill to make sure that they were doing their job. I think they should hire people to do their job when a customer asked you twice to help bring down my payment as of which right now I'm paying over $240 a month as a senior citizen to a very extremely rude company. Obviously they don't want to make it right so with that I will make sure everybody I know knows my story and does not go on to Frontier. What kind of company does this to senior citizens on a budget especially when you ask them to help bring your bill down . Instead they take advantage of the elderly and keep charging you for something you've asked to please remove . I'm in the process of looking for a new cable company that is honest and will fix their mistakes.
