        They take advantage of their employees. They'll work you to death if they had the opportunity. Very unhealthy work hours with no recorded breaks or lunches, as you take them at "the most convenient time for you" which in some cases is little to none. Even if you inform them its getting stressful, they'll just give you more hours, and take advantage of your kindness.

        This palce hire people for all shifts. 7 days a week. which can make your work scheduale very flexable. Over time is very posible if you work out in the field. Home of the people they serve live through out Ventura county. However, the majority live in Ventura and Oxnard. Health Benifits for those that work 30hrs and more. IABA in Carrillo is currently looking people that can work on the weekend , for a few hours or as much as a 24hrs work shift.
