This property management company secured a qualified tenant for me fairly quickly . They email monthly statements to me so it's easy to keep tabs on my rental property. They provide a breakdown of any repairs, costs and rent paid that took place that month. The monthly emails also includes the previous monthly stmts ( calendar year) so you would have all stmts at your fingertips every month.
I have recently been communicating with Ashley in the Cal City office regarding a service request from my tenant. Ashely has been fast to respond to my inquiries, is very professional and helpful. Her emails are detailed, precise and easy to understand.
IMC / JBL & Associates have provided me w the support that I need for my rental property.
