Tried placing an order through Door Dash. Their menu doesn’t offer drinks at all whatsoever. So every time i order i place an order for “fries” or a “chili dog” and ask to sub for orange juice every single time. Every single time they bring it that way. Today i get a call from a rude lady saying that my Chili dog isn’t going to come with fries or a drink like i didn’t put in the description in ALL caps, along with the Door Dash instructions that I want to sub out orange juice for the extra item. Also the order gets sent to the restaurant to see if you can accept it or not….if you know that you cant “approve” a substitution for Orange Juice without a manager being there - knowing that you offer it, and have done it before, even though it’s not on your online menu - why accept my order? I waited for absolutely nothing. Along with the lady being rude for no reason, giving me answers to questions i did not ask for. The food is normally good here and i am normally accommodated - until this morning. Please either fix your door dash menu to offer drinks or allow your employees to sub out drinks. It doesn’t make sense.
