Secretary or office personnel have attitudes not nice or compassionate extremely expensive they could careless.. That not all people in the community can afford there extremely expensive services being the only pet clinic in Cal city.. Beware do not go here go to Palmdale or Lancaster. Or out of area for services

I went here with my Rev once, just getting a check up for his pet insurance that I have on him... Waiting in the waiting area over an hour after our appointment time but I am patient person so that really didn't bother me... this however did, whenever him and I first gotten there I noticed a couple with a small older dog walking out seeming so happy with their service about 45 minute after of sitting there the same couple with the same dog came running into the vets office and extremely upset because their dog was clearly struggling to get air, they laid their dog on the counter at the receptionist begging for help but you could tell the dog took his last breath, the older lady just started crying saying she didn't know what she was going to do over and over, vet doc took her to the back so she could say goodbye to her dog, after the owner left the room, the receptionist came out with cleaner and flat out said I cant believe a dog just died here, I AM A GERMOPHOBE and was completely hateful about the whole situation. I just couldn't believe that.
