Went in today to see doctor because of my knee and waited 45 minutes and no doctor are you serious!!! ? Walk out should not have to wait that long but since its Burney health they can stick it were the sun dont shine

I had to call my Dr only to find out my blood work was never sent after two weeks. SERIOUSLY?

Sharon Hanson is extreamly unprofessional. I would recommend taking your care elsewhere or to a different provider here. After being told I had a medical issue, her assistant informed me I didn't from the same test that Sharon informed me I did. When I had an appointment with Sharon, she couldn't remember what she said in the previous appointment together and became angry at my clear confusion to an issue she created and acted extreamly unprofessional in her conduct. I would not recommend going to her for any of your care or needs.

Incompetent! After dealing with this clinic for 5 years I have had enough. The front desk will say they will call you back, but never will. I found this out repeatedly over a three month window with dozens of calls. Additionally we went to get a test for the flue and the person administering the test told us they would have results in 5 minutes and if the test was negative they recommended a covid test. After 5 min another nurse comes out to take another flue test and tells us the covid test was negative. When confronted she admitted to telling the first nurse what to say and admitted the first test was for covid... Additionally the doctors here come and go frequently. Save yourself time and frustration go somewhere else.
