        Tried it because my company works with Lyra Health, their coach is really unprofessional and not useful at all. The whole conversation feels like they are waiting for you to have "textbook" type emotions or thinking traps. When what I said didn't fit what she's looking for, she was impatient, didn't really listen, and made fun of my questions more than once. Really caused more problems than they solve, I'm very disappointed. Note that this comment is for the general coaching service they provide, not the professional on-site psychologists or psychiatrists since I didn't work with those.

        Bad experience. I had so many technical issues, including not being able to login or unsubscribe from their endless emails, they told me to file tickets for the 10 different issues I had. It's also hard to find a POC therapist and the one I tried used our entire first hour to just ask me about insurance, etc. It was a waste of an hour.
