Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Both individuals who helped me with the appointment schedule were very friendly and nice. The technician showed so much care in fixing up my Central ac that was leaking. After 3 hours, everything was fixed and it was working excellently again. The result of the repair was good for I could use it well without a problem. I will call them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends. Service: AC repair

Excellent service! This company is very dependable, and I've been using them for about five times now. They are consistently responsive, effective, and professional. The technician who came here for the home ac repair that I requested from them is also incredibly attentive, informative, and experienced at diagnosing my AC's problem, which only took him an hour to repair. The technician came out earlier and performed the repair quickly. I was delighted that the technician was able to perform ac and heater repair needs expertly. Every part that failed to work was repaired excellently. I liked the quality. It was a nice repair. The service charge also was very reasonable. I will call them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

I scheduled service with HVAC Planet Repair, I was giving a window between 10 am and 2pm. No one called or showed up. After 2pm, I called and was told that I needed to reschedule. Just bad business all around.
