Didnt get my refund at all, 3rd world country service. Looking for non stop flight, try united airlines.

They never refund you once they cancel the flight. You must go through credit card dispute process in order to get the money back. Boo to Philippine Airlines, I hope your company goes bankrupcy as soon as possible.

I am giving one star to this airline because they are so slow in processing refund. Customer service agents are sweet on the phone but they are laid back in job. We never had any problem with any other airlines. I am so frustrated dealing with PAL customer service. This airline is going down because of the service. I wish I did not book my flight with PAL. Poor customer service and not team work.

Takes forever to process a refund for a flight that they cancelled. What a shame Philippine Airlines! Gush! Avoid booking with PAL, avoid the headache and save your money.

I paid $2k for a business class seats, and couldn't even get a meal. The headrest was also broken, and I'm a taller guy that had it against my back for the entire flight. Japan or Asiana is a much better choice if you want to get what you paid for.
